Legal, Policies & Disclaimers
The rules of this site in plain language: what we publish and how, why reports are reports and not verdicts, what happens to what you submit, and how to get something corrected or removed.
This site publishes other people’s complaints, other people’s research, and health information that matters. That only works if the rules are public and we follow them. These pages are those rules, written in plain language:
- What we publish — and what belongs to whom.
- Why a report is a report — never a verdict, and what a named business can do about it.
- What you agree to when you file — and what we promise in return.
- How to reach us — to correct a fact, answer a report, or take your work down.
One language note: these pages are published in English, and the English text is the version that counts. Translated versions will be reviewed by a native speaker before any of them is published — until then, links from the rest of the site say so.
