Community: Where Mold Sufferers Actually Talk
The Facebook groups where people living with mold exposure compare notes, name names, and organize — including the two groups our founder runs. Linked as resources; independent communities speak for themselves.
Mold is a niche nobody seems to believe in — until it happens to them. Long before this site existed, the people it happened to were already gathered in Facebook groups: comparing symptoms, trading inspector names, warning each other about landlords, gyms, and agencies that looked the other way. Our founder found these groups in August 2024, in the middle of his own fight, and joined them the way everyone does — sick, angry, and looking for somebody who would not say it’s probably nothing.
This page is the map of that world, starting with the two doors that are ours.
How to read this page: the groups below are independent communities. We link to them as resources because they are where the conversation already lives — we do not run them (except the two marked as ours), we do not speak for them, and their rules are their own. Member counts are Facebook’s approximate figures as of October 2026. If you run a mold community that belongs here, tell us through the Report It center.
Two groups administered by our founder, Thomas Bowman. Small on purpose — these are the front doors of this site's own community.

Then come back and put it on the record
Support groups are where stories get told. This site is where they get filed. When you are ready: report what happened to you — your account, evidence, and complaint history turned into a formal report — and sign your state's petition for a mold inspection mandate.
